Know Before You Go

We are 3 days away from our 9th annual American Cancer Society Golf Classic “Construction vs Cancer” Golf Tournament! The weather is looking great for an exciting day on Friday, November 1st, for all of you. We have a FULL field (132 players), so please do your best to keep play moving. Please limit the time you spend looking for those wayward shots!

Player Check-In:

Check-in opens at 7:00 A.M. We will do our best to get everyone driving to their tee by 8:15 A.M. for an 8:30 A.M. shotgun start. Each Player will receive an American Cancer Society Bag filled with some of your favorite things to get you through the day.

Breakfast:

· Thank you to Wal-Mark Contracting Group for sponsoring breakfast Items for all the players between 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M.

Starbucks will be on-site to make your favorite coffees and provide pastries. We will have Chick-fil-A breakfast sandwiches for each player, and Fresh Point Produce will provide fruit.

Bloody Mary Bar:

A BIG shout out to Wal-Mark Contracting Group for sponsoring The Bloody Mary Bar this morning. Marlow’s Tavern will be onsite making their signature Bloody Marys for everyone from 7:00 A.M.- 9:00 A.M.

Booster Packs:

We encourage each team to go to our Const vs Cancer Golf | Powered By GiveSmart website and buy their booster packs before Friday to help make Check-In move faster. However, if you do not get the opportunity to go online to buy your booster pack for $600.00 per foursome, you can purchase it onsite via credit card. Tickets will be provided at check-in to participate.

Seminole State Player Package-

On the following holes 1,8,12, and 15, the NJCAA will Tee off on hole 1 (Par5), Tee shot on hole 8 (Par3), Tee shot on hole 12 ( Par 3), and drive your ball on hole 15

Fire this Rambo-style gun on hole 17, a par 4

Online Auction:

New this year is an ONLINE Auction. Please go to our website Const vs Cancer Golf | Powered By GiveSmart and sign up and share the FUN with your colleagues, friends, and family. The winners do not have to be present to win. The Auction will close after our Lunch Program concludes.

Lunch:

Collins Construction has kindly sponsored lunch, which will be in the main reception room. It will be buffet-style and include Southern BBQ, Iced Tea, and water.

All players must hand in their scorecards when entering the Lunch Reception Room for scores to be posted and prizes to be handed out!

Beverage Cart:

Core Roofing has sponsored the Beverage cart which will have water, Gatorade, and Beer.

* Liquor is the player’s responsibility.
